概念提案評審會評審結(jié)果的公告
Announcement on the Evaluation Result of Concept Proposal for the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
2016年7月21日，由深圳市特發(fā)集團有限公司組織的《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)概念性總體規(guī)劃方案國際競賽》概念提案評審會在深圳召開。來自青島、廣州、深圳的7名專家組成了評審專家委員會。
On July 21st, 2016, the Evaluation Meeting of Concept Proposal for the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen. The jury panel was constituted by seven experts from Qingdao, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
評審專家對9家設(shè)計機構(gòu)（含聯(lián)合體，下同）提交的自動演示文件及概念提案進行了認真審閱和討論，并通過記名投票方式評選出了下列4家獲得正式設(shè)計邀請的機構(gòu)和1家備選機構(gòu)：
The jury panel reviewed and carried out discussion on all automatic presentation documents and concept proposals submitted by the nine design firms (including consortiums, similarly hereinafter). According to the disclosed voting result, four finalists who will receive the Formal Invitation and one alternative are as follow:

主辦單位將向4家獲得正式設(shè)計邀請的機構(gòu)發(fā)出《編制正式設(shè)計成果邀請函》，受邀請參與正式設(shè)計競賽的設(shè)計機構(gòu)應按技術(shù)任務書相關(guān)要求編制正式設(shè)計成果。未獲邀請的設(shè)計機構(gòu)也可自費開展正式設(shè)計，其提交的正式設(shè)計成果符合技術(shù)任務書要求的也可參加正式設(shè)計成果階段的評審，除不能獲得設(shè)計成本費外，與4家受邀的設(shè)計機構(gòu)有同等獲得優(yōu)勝獎金和整合深化任務的機會。
The Organizer will issue the Invitation to Formulate the Design Scheme to the four finalists, who shall formulate the design scheme according to relevant requirements of the Design Brief. Those design firms that fail to get an invitation can carry out the design on their own cost. If their deliverables meet the requirements set in the Design Brief, they can take part in the evaluation of final deliverables. Except the design fees, they enjoy equal opportunity to get the bonus and commission to integrate and deepen the planning deliverables as the invited design firms.
